Primary Care
We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing manual, non-rotatory chiropractic techniques, especially for the neck (cervical spine). Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. The main tool in the chiropractor's arsenal is the adjustment. See our section on ADJUSTMENTS  for more details on this very special treatment modality. *Remember; chiropractors do not prescribe medications nor do we perform sugery. It is our basic philosophy that we render care in a natural, so-called "Wholistic" fashion without the use of drugs or surgery. We do refer out to the appropriate specialist when indicated however.

X-Rays Imaging and Safety
We have on-site X-ray equipment to assist in quickly and accurating evaluating specific musculo-skeletal conditions. Please see our X-Rays page for more information on why we take X-Rays, safety concerns and precautions we use when initiating X-ray imaging with our patients.

Corrective Exercises
We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%.

Lifestyle Advice
We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most.

Nutritional Counseling
We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patients' return to optimal health. We also provide a BODY FAT analysis as part of our initial examination. This is an electronic device that sends a weak signal through the body as the patient stands on the device, and determines fairly accurately, how much fat composes one's body. It has been an "eye-opener" for many of our patients and helps people better appreicate what they need to do, nutritionally, to get themselves back in shape.

Spinal and Postural Screenings
